Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic server reboots and hardware troubleshooting under guidance.
- Assist with rack and stack operations for new equipment installations and decommissioning.
- Monitor data center infrastructure for optimal performance and report any issues promptly.
- Provide Smart Hands and Remote Hands support as directed by senior technicians.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and secure data center environment.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT hardware components and data center operations.
