Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware and software components.
- Monitor data center performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and preventative measures to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure physical security and environmental control within the data center facility.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to support network, compute, and storage systems.
- Document all data center activities, configurations, and incident resolutions thoroughly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Center Technician or in a similar IT support role (2 Year+).
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, network infrastructure, and server hardware.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as a valued member of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar; company offers visa provision for successful candidates.
