Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on data center hardware.
- Install, configure, and upgrade servers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
- Ensure physical security and environmental controls are maintained within the data center.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new solutions and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and racking equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
