Job Overview
Responsible for effective delivery of hands-on technical support and installations. This will include server hardware and network break-fix tasks, structured cabling installation, rack deployments and decommissioning activities, site planning, problem escalation and performing installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenter.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Hardware support expert liaison to other technical & non-technical teams.
- Understand internal customer problem and provide hands on technical solution in a timely manner.
- Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all production server and network hardware.
- Perform system board level repair and fault diagnosis within SLAs.
- Plan and commission new whitespaces and rack positions.
- Adhere to Oracle, site-specific and customer-specific physical security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems OR equivalent work experience.
- Hands on experience in IT Infrastructure support, server and network maintenance and structured cabling in a large-scale mission critical environment.
- Adequate understanding of data center infrastructure and facility operations.
- Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly in a virtual environment.
- Good communication skills (oral & written) and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers and staff.
