Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on data center hardware.
- Assist with server migration, rack and stack operations, and cabling.
- Monitor data center infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Provide Smart Hands and Remote Hands support for client equipment.
- Ensure physical security and environmental stability within the data center.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate inventory records.
