Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center hardware.
- Perform remote and smart hands support for client IT infrastructure.
- Monitor data center systems and respond to alerts promptly.
- Ensure physical security and environmental controls within the data center.
- Support server migration, rack and stack, and hardware recycling operations.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
- Entry-level understanding of IT hardware and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment (e.g., servers, network devices).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
