Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of data center hardware components.
• Monitor data center infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
• Assist with cabling, racking, and stacking equipment according to specifications.
• Execute and verify physical layer changes and connections.
• Document all work performed, including configurations and inventory records.
• Provide remote hands and smart hands support to clients as needed.
