    Job Overview

    Responsible for effective delivery of hands-on technical support and installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenter. This includes server hardware and network break-fix tasks, structured cabling installation, rack deployments, and decommissioning activities. Provide 24×7 site coverage for Oracle OCI datacenter sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide hands-on technical solutions in a timely manner.
    • Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of server and network hardware.
    • Perform system board level repair and fault diagnosis within SLAs.
    • Install structured cabling.
    • Plan and commission new whitespaces and rack positions.
    • Adhere to Oracle and site-specific physical security policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
    • Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, server and network maintenance, and structured cabling.
    • Understanding of data center infrastructure and facility operations.
    • Ability to speak confidently and communicate clearly.
    • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
    • Experience providing client-facing, direct customer support.
