Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry from various sources into databases.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update databases with new information as required.
- Generate reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, ideally 5+ years.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage time effectively.
