Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers in the development of GenAI solutions.
  • Drive the rapid production deployment and optimization of Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions.
  • Implement robust DevOps practices to accelerate time-to-market for new features and products.
  • Apply FinOps principles to ensure cost-effective and profitable cloud scaling for clients.
  • Collaborate closely with startup clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and enhancement of Automat-it’s GenAI offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data science, GenAI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services and a deep understanding of DevOps and FinOps methodologies.
  • Ability to take GenAI and Agentic solutions from ideation through to production with speed and precision.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, startup-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
