Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement machine learning models for debt collection optimization.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights related to customer behavior and payment patterns.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different AI agent strategies.
  • Build data pipelines and ensure data quality for AI model training and deployment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
  • Familiarity with AI and automation in a business context.
