Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify data quality issues and anomalies.
• Develop and implement robust data cleansing, validation, and transformation strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document data quality standards and rules.
• Monitor data quality metrics and develop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize statistical methods and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for advanced data analysis and validation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on data quality and cleansing methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data integrity issues.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, scripting, and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple data quality initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
