Develop and implement robust data cleansing, validation, and transformation strategies. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across various systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document data quality standards and rules. Monitor data quality metrics and develop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Utilize statistical methods and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for advanced data analysis and validation. Requirements Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on data quality and cleansing methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data integrity issues. Proficiency in data manipulation, scripting, and statistical analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Solid understanding of data governance principles, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
