Key Responsibilities

• Negotiating payment plans and terms with debtors.

• Implementing effective debt collection strategies.
• Collaborating with the finance department to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant debt collection regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with relevant debt collection laws and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using debt collection software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
