Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights related to user behavior and business performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and track the impact of initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define data requirements and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests to optimize features and enhance the overall user experience across Vinted’s platforms.
- Translate data-driven findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity across various data sources and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Decision Scientist, preferably with 2 or more years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international team environment.
