Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display a variety of fresh deli products according to Centra’s quality standards.
• Ensure high levels of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times in the deli area.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their orders and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter, food preparation areas, and equipment.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and ordering of deli items to minimize waste.
• Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently.
