Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of maritime technology projects across European regions.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Implement and optimize delivery processes and methodologies for efficiency and quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in the maritime or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
