Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize mail and parcels for delivery along a designated route.
• Deliver letters and parcels to houses and businesses in all weather conditions.

• Operate and maintain delivery vehicles or bicycles safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to Royal Mail’s policies and procedures regarding mail handling and security.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to walk or cycle for extended periods and carry heavy loads.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if operating delivery vehicles).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
