Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team within your department to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure the department maintains H&M’s visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, routines, and administrative tasks.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and inspiring shopping experience for all customers.
• Implement strategies to achieve sales goals and manage budgets effectively for the department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of retail operations and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
