Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of depot facilities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and monitor HSSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage engineering projects related to depot infrastructure, improvements, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular safety drills.
- Ensure all depot activities adhere to TotalEnergies’ high ethical and environmental standards and values.
Requirements
- Proven experience in depot operations, engineering, or HSSE management, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Ability to manage projects, lead operational teams, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of high safety and environmental consciousness.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
