Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the operations and maintenance of City Gas Distribution (CGD) networks.
- Ensure continuous and safe supply of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG).
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for pipelines, stations, and associated equipment.
- Lead and supervise O&M teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operational flow and project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance within the oil & gas or utility sector, preferably in CGD.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
