Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives for energy projects.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate planning activities and optimize operational workflows.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track planning effectiveness and project progress.
• Mentor and guide junior planning staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning within the oil, gas, or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven expertise in project management software and planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex international environment.
