Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives for energy projects.
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and budget forecasting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate planning activities and optimize operational workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform decision-making processes.

- Mentor and guide junior planning staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning within the oil, gas, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven expertise in project management software and planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex international environment.
