Key Responsibilities

• Execute complex derivatives trading strategies across various digital asset markets.
• Continuously monitor market dynamics, news, and macroeconomic factors to identify trading opportunities.
• Actively manage portfolio risk, ensuring adherence to established limits and protocols.
• Analyze trading performance and contribute to the refinement of existing strategies and development of new ones.
• Collaborate with quant researchers and tech teams to enhance trading infrastructure and tools.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments in the digital asset and derivatives space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in derivatives trading, ideally within digital assets or traditional finance.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives products, and risk management principles.
• Proficiency with trading platforms, data analysis tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a global team.
