Baalbaki Chemical Industries (BCI) is seeking a Design & Digital Content Creator Officer to join their team in Beirut, Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging digital content and design elements to support the company’s brand and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and create compelling digital content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Design engaging visual assets, such as graphics, images, videos, and animations, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the company’s digital content library, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and communication teams to align content with strategic goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, content creation tools, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines and various digital channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital content creation and graphic design.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and digital content work.
