    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.

    • Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
