Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
- Resolve end-user technical problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic server support.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a desktop support or IT helpdesk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
