Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows) and standard business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by end-users promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with network connectivity problems and basic server-side issue resolution.
- Document support activities, resolutions, and maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2 years+) in a desktop support or similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective user interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
