Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Assist users with network connectivity, email, and basic system access problems.
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Entry-level understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking concepts.
