Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize system architecture and processes.
- Implement best practices for security, compliance, and cost management in cloud environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
