Key Responsibilities

• Design best-in-class visual and brand experiences that bring the idea of energy abundance to life.
• Build and evolve Fuse’s brand system, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and motion.
• Define the visual language for web and mobile, shaping UI components, interaction states, and scalable patterns.
• Extend the brand across digital, motion, hardware interfaces, packaging, and print.
• Establish messaging principles, tone guidelines, content patterns, and microcopy standards for consistent communication.
• Shape the entire Fuse brand experience as the first Digital Designer.

Requirements

• Experience designing visual and brand systems for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong craft across typography, color, composition, motion, and visual storytelling.
• A track record of taking brand work end-to-end from conceptual exploration and art direction through to design execution.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, cohesive visual systems.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Figma expert (non-negotiable).
