Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital innovation, strategy, or transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of aviation industry trends and digital technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
