Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (SEM, display, social media ads).
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the PR and web development teams to ensure integrated strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of SMM, SEO, SEM, and email marketing principles.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is preferred.
