Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital products, including apps and kiosks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure digital products align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Product Management, with a focus on digital products (Apps & Kiosks).
- Strong understanding of Business Development and Project Management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage or Retail industry is a plus.
