Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical staff.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all digital solutions align with World Vision’s strategic goals and humanitarian standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in digital project management, preferably within the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
  • Strong understanding of various digital technologies, platforms, and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project delivery.
