Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, with significant time in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current food trends, menu engineering, and international culinary standards.
