    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage all general accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    • Lead month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
    • Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Accounting Director or in a similar senior financial management role.
    • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    • Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
