Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for affiliate and broker relations to drive user acquisition and growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key affiliate partners and brokers across global markets.
- Negotiate and optimize partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights on program effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and compliance teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the crypto ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in affiliate marketing, business development, or broker relations, preferably within financial services or cryptocurrency.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, trading platforms, and digital assets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse partners.
- Data-driven mindset with robust analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
