Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development at a senior leadership level.
- Demonstrated strong track record of developing international partnerships and securing large contracts, preferably in logistics, maritime, or related sectors.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross-cultural teams and manage complex international projects.
- In-depth knowledge of global trade dynamics, logistics, and port operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a closely related field.
