Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Represent EDGE at industry events and conferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the defence or advanced technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates or the MENA region is preferred.
