    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies for the assigned business line.

    • Oversee all aspects of marketing, selling, and distribution activities within the designated market.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with multinational and Fortune 500 company partners.
    • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and business development team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development and sales leadership, preferably within Medical Equipment Manufacturing, Retail Pharmacies, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated track record of driving significant business growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
    • Ability to thrive in a multinational, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment.
