Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the butler service department.
- Ensure the highest standards of personalized and luxurious service are consistently delivered to all guests.
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of highly skilled professional butlers.
- Develop and implement efficient standard operating procedures for butler services.
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling special requests and resolving issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality or integrated resort environment.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and guest relations abilities.
- Profound understanding of luxury guest service standards and protocols.
- Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver highly personalized service.
