Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive client development strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across target markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of luxury hospitality services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Jumeirah at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client development or sales, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value business deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop strategic plans.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
