Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Masdar’s corporate procurement strategies.
- Oversee supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
- Drive cost efficiencies and value creation across all procurement categories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives through effective procurement.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and vendor negotiations.
- Strong understanding of the energy or clean energy sector’s procurement landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
