Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive data privacy policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection laws and regulations.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on data privacy best practices.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data privacy inquiries and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee data breach response and management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to translate complex legal and technical requirements into practical business solutions.
