Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development, positioning, and growth of premium brands within the company’s portfolio.
  • Oversee the successful import and distribution of various product categories across Costa Rica and Central America.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans and campaigns to increase market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international brand partners and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.
  • Drive sales performance and brand visibility across all sales channels, including retail, HORECA, and premium consumption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing, with a focus on premium food & beverage or lifestyle products.
  • Strong understanding of the Costa Rican and Central American retail and HORECA markets.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, essential for working with international brands and local markets.
