Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic enterprise sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the conversational AI space.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate effectively with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, or customer experience technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing, and customer experience solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level clients.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
