Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize profitability.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance across all F&B outlets.
- Train, mentor, and manage a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within F&B departments.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless and cohesive guest experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Food & Beverage or a similar senior F&B leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional team management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu engineering, inventory control, and service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural hospitality setting.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage is highly desirable.
