Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Implement and optimize accounting processes leveraging advanced IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, GAAP, and internal company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team in a remote environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting operations, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with enterprise-level accounting software and ITSM platforms (e.g., AIreCONTROL) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
