Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across target markets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Lead and mentor the business development and sales teams to drive high performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., manufacturing, R&D) to align business development efforts with product capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and securing major accounts in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of machinery manufacturing, automation, or related industrial technologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
