Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic carrier engagement plans to foster strong partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements with healthcare carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Drive the adoption and integration of SmartLight Analytics’ solutions within carrier networks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, sales, and product teams to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Represent SmartLight Analytics at key industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in carrier relations, business development, or sales within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Deep understanding of the self-funded employer health plan ecosystem and cost containment strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience in driving complex engagements and achieving business targets.
