Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

- Oversee the development and delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and priorities.

- Ensure best practices in software development, architecture, and quality assurance across the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering leadership roles, ideally with a SaaS product.
- Strong background in building and scaling complex platforms, particularly in workflow automation or similar domains.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
- Experience with open-source communities and fair-code licensed products is a significant plus.
