Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all engineering operations and product development across the APAC region.
- Drive innovation and design of sustainable cooling solutions, ensuring market relevance and technical superiority.
- Oversee project execution, engineering standards, and technical support for key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with global R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to align regional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Mentor, develop, and build a high-performing engineering team throughout Asia.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial machinery.
- Strong background in cooling solutions, product development lifecycle, and project management.
- Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire diverse engineering teams across multiple countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering field.
